The three-part mini-series from the criminological environment of the capital city of Prague deals with a seemingly incongruous pair of police officers who, through random circumstances, become part of a police team investigating murders. Their diametrical life attitude, investigative methods and personal esprit are completely different at first. Gradually, their otherness leads them to reveal the motive and reveal the perpetrator of the still unsolved murders and to a surprising connection with the current case, which is being solved by their seasoned colleagues. The series is full of tension, savvy, yet comprehensible thinking of the main characters and kind humor. The case that the detectives deal with in the miniseries is fictitious, but the authors Josef Mareš and Jan Malinda drew on the rich experience and practice of Josef Mareš, who for many years successfully led the Prague homicide department. The central character of the project is associate professor Stehlík, played by Ivan Trojan, who specializes in psychological profiling of criminals, which will become a key clue to catching the killer.
