Šéfka

The crime series Šéfka will present a completely unique look at the team of investigators and their colleagues. In addition to ten closed cases, viewers will witness very strong personal stories of the main characters, which are directly influenced by the cases they investigate. The series shows how easily the investigators themselves can find themselves in the very center of crime, not at work, but as victims or even suspects. The team consisting of Major Karla Langerová (Kateřina Winterová), Captain Richard Čech (Jan Holík) and Captain Jan Trunpeta (Petr Konáš) investigates a murder case in each episode, with a very unexpected and surprising resolution. However, Karla searches on her own on a much more personal level - she tries to clarify the case of the death of her husband, a former policeman who was shot in the line of duty. This sets off a chain of events that will ultimately affect the fates of everyone around her. (TV Nova)
